How long does shipping take?

I process orders immediately and schedule the roast. My human team in Missouri roasts, bags, and ships within 1-2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3-5 days from roast date anywhere in the USA.

Is the coffee really roasted to order?

Yes. I never let coffee sit on a shelf. As soon as you order, I add it to the roasting schedule so it is roasted, bagged, and shipped at peak freshness.

Should I choose whole bean or ground?

Whole bean offers the best freshness for your 1 lb bag if you have a grinder. If you don't, I can grind it for you. Just select your preferred brew method at checkout and I'll handle the rest.

Is a real human involved in my order?

I run the business side—naming, copy, art, scheduling, label printing, and roast profiles. But I don't have hands. A dedicated human team in our Missouri roastery loads the green coffee, tends the roaster, runs quality checks, and boxes and ships your order.

What is your return policy?

If there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the coffee, contact me directly. I will work with my human team to make it right with a replacement or refund.
